Sahib Khanum (from Tuysirkan) talks about her husband, Iʻzam al-Mamalik (from Tuysirkan), being forced to go to Hamadan and then Tehran because of the animosity of the princes from Tuysirkan, and their pillage and plunder, and their appointing Jaʻfar Quli Mirza as the Governor of Tuysirkan regardless of the consequences. She mentiones that her son, ʻAlikhan, along with seven more men, was murdered, and asks ‘Abd al-Husayn Mirza Farmanfarma for justice.

Husayn al-Husayni reports to ‘Abd al-Husayn Mirza Farmanfarma about several events, including a contagious disease in Najaf, Karbala’, and Kazimayn and the battle happening in Mandalij and inquiries about it. The author also writes about the story of a woman who asks Ahmad Khan to help her get divorced from her ill Ottoman husband. Ahmad Khan had given her a place to stay but then he and his son raped her. After her complaint, Ahmad Khan and his son were expelled from Mandalij. Malakah, daughter of the late Hishmat al-Dawlah (Amir Jang), asks the addressee to treat kindly the relatives of Haji Murad Khan, Naqi Khan, and Jahangir Khan, who currently serve in her home. Referring to the kindness and generosity of Naqi Khan and Jahangir Khan towards the writer on her way from Mecca during her stop at Kirmanshahan, she asks the recipient to treat them well for the work they did for her.

Letter from Talʻat al-Dawlah to ‘Abd al-Husayn Mirza Farmanfarma
Talʻat al-Dawlah, daughter of Nadim al-Saltanah and wife of Haji ʻAliriza Khan, talks about the hardships she faced after her husband's death. She describes how agents looted her house and seized fifty thousand tumans worth of property that Haji ʻAliriza Khan had transferred to their daughter, Muhtaram, before passing away. Also, her husband's nephew sent a telegram to Tehran claiming his share of these belongings. The writer notes the cruelty her and her daughter experienced, and asks the addressee for help and justice.
